Summary Terms & Conditions of Purchase

  1. We encourage all customers to take their time and make a considered purchase, as we are unable to cancel orders. You do not have a statutory right to change your mind and cancel and/or amend your order.
  2. You are responsible for confirming that your order is completely accurate including, but not exclusively, the correct product, quantity, size, colour, specification, and price.
  3. Purchasing furniture is a big decision, so we give our customers 24 hours from the time of purchase to double check everything on their order is correct and let us know if they need to make any adjustments during this time. 
  4. Outside of the 24 hour period, decisions to amend all or part of an order are at First Furnishings discretion. Due to your product being made to order, after 24 hours, we are unable to cancel this with the manufacturer. In circumstances where a decision is made to amend all or part of your order, therefore changing the initial contract, you will have to contribute towards our costs, which will have been incurred by preparing and confirming your order with our manufacturing partners. Customers will be required to pay a 30% contribution of any items they wish to amend outside the 24 hour period.
  5. You must provide a mobile telephone number and email address so that we can contact you easily.
  6. All quoted delivery dates and/or times are estimated and are not guaranteed. Quotes are based on estimates provided by our Manufacturers. From time to time, global events may have an impact on our lead times.  
  7. Any outstanding balance must be paid before delivery.
  8. For large goods, please check the dimensions of the delivery address for access (including doors, corridors, stairs and corners) and dimensions for the chosen room of choice to ensure successful delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods you have purchase will fit in your property. We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for items that cannot be delivered or installed due to access restrictions or insufficient space within your property.
  9. Should windows or doors need to be removed to allow access, it is your responsibility to arrange this, at your own cost and risk.
  10. We will contact you to arrange delivery to your home. If you do not accept delivery within 30 days of this contact, we reserve the right to charge a storage fee of £15 per week or part thereof.
  11. When you order multiple goods, we will normally deliver them all together, if you ask us to deliver in instalments, we may charge extra delivery costs.
  12. If we cannot access your property on the agreed day, we will make a charge to deliver on an alternative day. This will also apply when our first attempt to deliver was offered at no cost.
  13. You must clear the pathway to your selected room so that your property and belongings are protected. We do not accept responsibility for damage to your property during delivery or collection other than damage due to our negligence. Our liability will be limited to the repair of that damage with no element of betterment.
  14. It is your responsibility to ensure that our delivery vehicle can access your property. We will deliver to the ground or first floor, or flat if your product fits into a lift.
  15. If you have requested assembly of your product, the delivery team will photograph your completed items and take away the packaging.

 

Claim back up to 20% of your previous mattress or bed purchase to put towards a new mattress or bed with First Furnishings.  

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

  • This promotion is available to customers who purchased a mattress or divan & mattress set from First Furnishings in 2016.
  • Proof of original purchase may be required.

 

Credit Amount

  • Customers can claim up to 20% of their original purchase price to put towards a replacement mattress or divan & mattress set.  
  • The full 20% credit of the original purchase price can be applied, provided the credit does not exceed 20% of the value of the new replacement product selected.

 

Like-for-Like or Better Replacement

  • Customers who originally purchased a divan & mattress set will receive credit towards a new divan & mattress set only.
  • Credit from a previous divan & mattress set purchase cannot be used against the purchase of a mattress only.
  • If a customer previously purchased a divan & mattress set but only wishes to replace the mattress, credit will be calculated using the mattress portion of the original purchase price only.
  • Customer who previously purchased a mattresses only can use their credit and upgrade to a divan & mattress set if they wish.

 

Multiple Purchases

  • Customers are entitled to receive up to 20% credit for each qualifying mattress or divan set purchase made in 2016.
  • For example, if a customer purchased three qualifying mattresses during the promotional period, they may receive three separate credits against three replacement purchases.
  • Credits from multiple previous purchases cannot be combined and used against a single replacement product.

 

Exclusions

  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, sale price, or loyalty discount.
  • The promotion is available in-store only.
  • Offer valid until 21st June 2026.
  • Purchases made after 21st June 2026 will not qualify for this promotion.
  • First Furnishings reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
