Delivery Service

Our deliveries are frequent and FREE if you live in the local area. Outside of our local area, a delivery contribution will be applicable. Before placing an order of large goods, please check the dimentions of the delivery address for access (including doors, corridoors, stairs and corners) and dimentions for the choosen room of choice to ensure successful delivery.

Once your order arrives, our Operations Team will be in touch to schedule the delivery on your prefered day of choice. Our specialist delivery team will deliver your furniture to your room of choice and offer expert in-room assembly on many items. Some items such as wardrobes will incur an additional charge.

Ammendments & Cancellations

We hope you are thrilled with your purchase but if you need to ammend or cancel your order you must inform us within 24hrs. Any good that has been made to order from one of our trusted manufacturers, cannot be ammended or cancelled after the 24hr period of placing the order. 

Returns

Unless the goods are faulty, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on goods ordered to your specification, and/or made to meet your needs.
