Summary Terms & Conditions of purchase

  1. You are responsible for confirming that your order is completely accurate including, but not exclusively, the correct product, quantity, size, colour, specification and price.
  2. You must provide a mobile telephone number and email address so that we can contact you easily.
  3. You do not have a statutory right to cancel and/or amend you order before delivery. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, we will allow you to cancel it. This will be subject to a fee equal to 30% of the total amount of your sales order.
  4. Any outstanding balance must be paid before delivery.
  5. All quoted delivery dates and/or times are estimated and are not guaranteed.
  6. We will contact you to arrange delivery to your home. If you do not accept delivery within 30 days of this contact we reserve the right to charge a storage fee of £15 per week or part thereof.
  7. When you order multiple goods, we will normally deliver them all together, If you ask us to deliver in instalments we may charge extra delivery costs.
  8. If we cannot access your property on the agreed day we will make a charge to deliver on an alternative day. This will also apply when our first attempt to deliver was offered at no cost.
  9. Should windows or doors need to be removed to allow access, it is your responsibility to arrange this, at your own cost and risk
  10. You must clear the pathway to your selected room so that your property and belongings are protected. We do not accept and responsibility for damage to your property during delivery or collection other than damage due to our negligence. Our liability will be limited to the repair of that damage with no element of betterment.
  11. It is you responsibility to ensure our delivery van can access your property. We will deliver to ground or first floor or flat if your good will fit into a lift.
  12. If you have requested assembly, the delivery team will photograph your completed items and take away the packaging.

 

Free £10 Voucher for every £100 you spend

Voucher Offer Terms & Conditions

ISSUING VOUCHERS

  1. One £10 voucher will be issued for every complete £100 that a customer spends in one transaction in store.
  2. Minimum spend £100
  3. The voucher will only be issued against new orders placed from 22/04/2024 until 31/03/2025
  4. Qualifying in store purchases will be issued with a paper voucher
  5. No discount will be applicable on the transactions when the voucher is collected or redeemed.
  6. Multiply vouchers can be used together.

 

EXCLUSIONS FOR ISSING VOUCHERS

Vouchers will not be issues:

  • For historic estimates/quotations and sales with remaining balances due
  • On clearance products
  • On transactions with Loyalty discount
  • Where a voucher is being used as payment in part or full for that transaction.

 

REDEEMING VOUCHERS

  • Vouchers must be redeemed against a new purchase in store
  • Paper vouchers can be used as part or full payment before the expiry date 31/03/2025 at First Furnishings Superstore in Gorleston on Sea, Norfolk.
  • Vouchers must be redeemed in store and cannot be used for payment balances prior to delivery or payment balances of the same transaction.
  • Vouchers can be passed to friends or family to use.
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other vouchers and no change will be given.
  • Defaced, damaged or photocopies of the vouchers will not be accepted
  • Value 0.001p
  • Please keep vouchers in a safe place as replacment vouchers will not be issued under any circumstances. 

 

EXCLUSIONS FOR REDEEMING VOUCHERS

  • Vouchers cannot be used as payment against the purchase that generated it
  • to settle existing account balances or to pay for orders that were placed before the vouchers were issued
  • for purchases on Finance
  • in conjunction with any other voucher offer
  • for historical estimates/quotations that benefit from a different promotion
  • on clearance products

 

CANCELLATIONS

  • The face value of a voucher will be returned as Store Credit should the transaction be cancelled or returned
  • The customer must return any unused vouchers and/or repay any full or part vouchers that have redeemed
  • For orders, First Furnishings reserve the right to retain all or part of the deposit to repay any vouchers used
  • For till transactions, the value of any vouchers used will be deducted from the refund
  • Where a customer cancels or returns an item that was paid for in full or part by a voucher, a new voucher will only be issued up to and valid until 31/03/2025. After this date the voucher offer is no longer valid and the customer has lost the opportunity to benefit from the offer

 

 

Friends of First Furnishings Monthly Draw

1.The promoter is: First Furnishings whose registered office is at 26 Baker Street Gorleston NR30 6QT.

2.The monthly draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of First Furnishings and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. The first monthley draw will be December 2023

3.There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter this monthly draw.

4.By entering this monthly draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5.Route to entry for the monthly drawer and details of how to enter are via promotional material e.g recipe wallet, delivery slips. Competition details are also available at www.firstfurnishings.co.uk/terms-conditions

6.The draw is run monthly and will end on the last day of every month, winners will be drawn and announced no later that 10 working days after the last day of the month relating to that monthly draw.

7.No responsibility can be accepted for entries made with no possible way of contacting the entree.

8.The rules of the draw and how to enter are as follows:

Leave First Furnishings a google review, Post a photo of our product in your home to our facebook page and/or tag First Furnishings in the post on instagram.

9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this draw.

11. The prize is as follows:

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

12. Winner will be chosen: 

By drawing a name from a database with the use of a random number generator.

13. The winner will be announced across social media platforms within 10 working days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

14. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.

15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. By entering this draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

17. The draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

20. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
